What does it mean to "Play Well With Others?"

At ITG, it means a resolute commitment to partnership, collaboration and interoperability. Wherever possible, our products work with those of competing vendors and we make it possible for their products to work with ours; we publicly publish our RFID tag data format; we never lock customers into "proprietary" systems that preclude or impede their ability to use alternative products should they choose to do so. We offer a spectrum of support options that meet the individual requirements of our customers, and our trainers, installers and support staff work collaboratively with library staff to ensure that each product is properly configured and adapted to each library's special needs.

Our goal is to help our partner libraries maximize the return on their technology investment and to maintain long-term relationships built on trust. We believe that "Playing Well" with ILS vendors, suppliers, industry organizations and even competitors establishes a strong framework that best serves the needs of our customers.
