Ron Birchard

Western Sales Office

Ron Birchard handles ITG sales and customer relations for the West (including California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada) from his office in Claremont, Ca. A 1964 graduate of San Jose State University where he studied industrial management, Ron began working with ITG's parent company, Vernon Library Supplies, in 1996. His twenty-plus years of experience in the industry make Ron an excellent systems planner and consultant for his clients. Even in his downtime Ron is active in the library arena, organizing and leading trips to visit libraries in China. A resident of Fall River Mills, Calif., Ron is married with two grown children and five grandchildren.


Don Chadwick

Northeast Account Manager

Don Chadwick is ITG's Northeast Account Manager, handing states north of Virginia and east of Ohio. He graduated from Mercer University in Georgia and then received his Master of Divinity from New Orleans Theological Seminary before embarking on a 20-year career in the non-profit world. He joined ITG in 2007. Don and his photographer wife have seven children in their combined family, six girls and a boy, and can be found on weekends touring the back roads of Georgia on his motorcycle, a Vulcan 900.


Candice G. Oliver, MLIS

Central States Account Manager

Librarian Candice Oliver joined ITG as the Central States Account Manager in 2009 after working in Missouri public libraries. Most recently she was the regional branch administrator for the South & West regions for St. Louis County Library and has also served as the director of library services for Kirkwood (Mo.) Public Library. In 2008 Library Journal selected her as an "LJ Mover & Shaker." She received her MLIS from the University of Alabama in 2003, and was recently elected Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect for the FRFDS section (Fund Raising and Financial Development Section) of LLAMA (Library Leadership and Management Association), a division of the American Library Association (ALA). She is also active in the Missouri Library Association. Her non-library interests include reading, playing volleyball, working in her garden and Alabama football. She and her husband live in the City of St. Louis with their police dog, Chad.


Jonathan Seitz

Regional Account Manager

Jonathan Seitz, ITG Regional Account Manager, joined the company in 2008 with over 18 years' experience in business management and consulting, product development, business process flow mapping, product and technology development, and strategic planning, largely in the construction information business. In addition to Southern states and Ohio, Jonathan also works with many of ITG's Canadian customers. He received his bachelor’s degree in education, and is also a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership Development. Before joining ITG, Jonathan spent several years as a professional photographer, specializing in creative portraiture. His interests include movies, theater, sailing, hiking, skiing, home renovation, and gardening. He is the father of two grown children, and the grandfather of three.


Sergio Villet

Southeast Account Manager

Sergio Villet is ITG’s Southeast Account Manager, including Florida and the southern halves of Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana,  and Mississippi, and leads the company’s efforts in Latin America. Before joining ITG in 2008, Sergio spent 15 years working in the library technology industry, first with Checkpoint Systems and then Sentry Technology Corporation. Following graduation from the University of Guadalajara in Mexico where he studied Industrial Engineering and Business Administration, Sergio worked for General Motors Corporation-Mexico from 1973 to 1991, retiring as general manager for the West region of that country. He relocated from Mexico to South Florida in 1997 where he enjoys time with his wife and four grown sons.


Patty Wanninger, MLS

Midwest Account Manager

Patty Wanninger joined ITG as Midwest Account Manager in 2008 following a twenty-five year career as a librarian. Her territory extends across the upper Midwest from the Dakotas to Indiana. Her experience includes pioneering work in the early adoption of a library ILS in the CLIC consortium while technical services manager at the Hill Reference Library in St. Paul, MN. She had also been Assistant Director of the Hedberg Public Library in Janesville, WI, and a library director in both Blue Island, IL and Manitowoc, WI. Patty received her MLS from the University of Wisconsin. Her three children are also UW alum at some stage. She and her husband Dave enjoy their hobbies, he, gardening, she, beadwork, both: drinking wine in the garden.


Bernadette Hill, MLS

Pacific Northwest Account Manager

Bernadette Hill, ITG's Pacific Northwest Region Account Manager, is based in Seattle and serves customers in Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Montana, and Western Canada. She joined ITG in 2010, bringing over 20 years of P&L, entrepreneurial, and software/hardware new market business development experience across multiple sectors including libraries, education, fiber-optic high-speed networks, and information technology. Bernadette received her MLS from the University of Washington, Seattle, and began her career as a librarian at Kitsap Regional Library in Bremerton, WA. A former elementary school teacher, she later founded the K-12 business division of Dynix Library Systems (now SirsiDynix). Her husband is a retired English professor and their daughter is an undergraduate at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. Whenever possible, they enjoy travelling throughout the world. She also sits on the Board of Directors of the Lucina Foundation, whose mission is to find the underlying causes of serious diseases affecting women's health.
