"We use DiscXpressII to store and serve our "hot" DVD's. These are new, high-circulating titles that are available on a first-come-basis. We don't take requests for these items. People just love it - they were already using self-checkout so the learning curve was not steep - and they think it's fun. We love not having to buy security cases. They're expensive and they take up a lot of room. This way we just display their regular cases face out. It's also a real time-saver for staff, though it's so popular we're always refilling the dispensers."
