"Both our staff and patrons have enjoyed multiple benefits, even more than we anticipated, since ITG installed the RFID technology. It has freed up our staff tremendously so they can go out into the library and help patrons. Our staff is no longer limited to the circulation desk and our patrons enjoy using the new technology.”
