ITG's hybrid EM/RFID XpressCheck™ patron self-service station processes both RFID and EM-tagged items in a single easy transaction, checking out and deactivating security for all types of items in one step, including magnetic media. Like our EM-only kiosks, XpressCheck hybrid units feature a deep angled profile for optimal desensitizing performance. For RFID-tagged materials, items need only be individually passed over the internal antenna to be read and security deactivated.

XpressCheck software works with nearly all major ILS systems and offers a host of features for which other companies charge extra. Flexible and configurable, it allows easy customization by library staff as well as detailed reporting options, two-way remote messaging and a Store and Forward mode should network connectivity be disrupted.
