Technical Support Services
At the Integrated Technology Group, we think customer support is just as important as the quality of our products. For the best service possible, technical support issues should first be submitted online by logging into our customer support portal. This allows us to automatically enter your support issue into our resolution system to ensure complete documentation and follow through for your support issue.
To get set up with a login, call ITG support at 877.207.3127, Option 2. If you are not under a maintenance agreement, but still need support, call 877.207.3127, Option 1 for assistance.
There are three ways to get assistance from ITG:
Online Support
For the best and quickest service possible, submit technical support issues using ServiceXpress, our automated online customer service portal. Your case will automatically be entered into our tracking system ensuring complete documentation, followthrough, and resolution of the support issue. Once you have an account, you can submit a case online, browse solutions, obtain documentation, ask questions, etc.
Our online customer service portal is for registered users of our products. Support priority is given to customers who are currently under warranty support, during a standard period after installation, or through a service contract. If your support has lapsed, please contact sales@integratedtek.com to re-establish a maintenance contract.
